FAQ
Plain answers on attribution, GA4, SEO and AI search, websites, and conversion.
Usually because your tracking loses the traffic source between the ad click and your CRM, not because that many people type in your URL. Facebook’s link shim hides the exact page a click came from, redirects can lose UTM parameters in some setups, and the source often drops out as users move between landing pages, scheduling tools, and forms. In our XRHealth case study, an attribution rebuild lifted lead attribution from 50% to 99.9% in two to three weeks.
Not on its own: GA4 records sessions, while deals, deposits, and subscriptions are recorded in your CRM or back office. Each lead’s source, medium, and campaign has to reach that system and stay attached to the revenue. We add that layer with unique IDs at key funnel steps, consent-aware server-side tracking where it matters, and CRM-level source tagging. For NAGA, we set up BeMob to trace every lead, registration, and first-time deposit to its traffic source and sales owner.
AI-search visibility is built on the same foundation but measured separately: SEO earns rankings, while AI-search work aims to get your brand cited and surfaced in AI-generated answers. We start with technical and content SEO, an easy-to-crawl site architecture, and structured data, then track AI impressions as their own KPI. For one forex and CFD broker client, impressions in AI-generated search results grew from 12 to 165 over 13 months, a small base but a clear signal, with most of the gain in the last month, after a year of foundational SEO.
SEO takes months, not weeks: expect steady month-by-month gains over a year or more, depending on your market, competition, and starting point. For one forex and CFD broker client, the site started at an average Google position of 28.5, around page three of the results. Rankings improved month over month for 13 months, reaching an average position of 8.0, on page one, and total clicks rose 21%.
We do both: we design and develop websites built for engagement, experience, and conversion, then keep them fast, secure, and current through performance monitoring, bug fixes, and feature and content updates. For Laura Swisra, a fashion retailer, we reorganized the site so shoppers could browse by product type, collection, and style, and optimized product pages for mobile and clear calls to action. That restructure was one of three linked fixes, with the product feed and paid media, that took return on ad spend from 0.3 to 4.6.
We remove friction between the first click and the action you want, then test each change. Our CRO work covers single-purpose landing pages, A/B tests, and funnel optimization. For one forex and CFD broker client, simplifying registration flows, improving the mobile experience, and tightening the link between the website and the client portal helped lift registration conversion from 60% to 68%. Landing-page CRO is also part of our Acquisition & Retention service.

Three fixes we keep coming back to: find the traffic your tracking loses, protect it from Google’s AI Max, and test pages on conversion, not looks.
